Membership Terms

  • Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
  • All membership plans offer the flexibility to freeze your package for up to 30 days. You may freeze it for 7, 15, or 30 days, by notifying the studio in advance.
  • Each membership is valid for a specific duration and will automatically expire on the stated end date. Upon expiry, the membership will terminate and any unused sessions will be forfeited.

Training and Safety

  • Members are expected to train responsibly and follow instructor guidance at all times.
  • Delight Pilates is not liable for any injury resulting from disregard of instructions, personal negligence, or unsafe practice.

Pregnancy and Postpartum

  • A medical clearance is required to participate in any class during pregnancy or postpartum to ensure the safety and well-being of the member.

Personal Belongings

  • Members are responsible for their own personal items.
  • The studio will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

شروط العضوية

  • العضوية شخصية وغير قابلة للتحويل أو المشاركة.
  • تتيح جميع العضويات تجميد الباقة لمدة تصل إلى 30 يومًا، ويمكن اختيار المدة المناسبة (7 أيام، 15 يومًا، أو 30 يومًا) بشرط إبلاغ الإدارة مسبقًا.
  • تكون العضوية سارية لمدة محددة وتنتهي تلقائيًا في التاريخ المحدد. عند انتهاء الصلاحية، تُلغى العضوية وتُفقد الحصص غير المستخدمة.

مسؤولية التدريب والسلامة

  • يُتوقع من الأعضاء التدريب بمسؤولية واتباع تعليمات المدرب في جميع الأوقات.
  • لا تتحمل Delight Pilates أي مسؤولية عن إصابات ناتجة عن إهمال شخصي أو عدم اتباع التعليمات أو ممارسة غير آمنة.

الحمل وفترة ما بعد الولادة

  • يلزم تقديم تقرير طبي يجيز المشاركة في الحصص أثناء الحمل أو بعد الولادة لضمان سلامة العضوة.

المقتنيات الشخصية

  • يتحمل العضو المسؤولية الكاملة عن ممتلكاته الشخصية.
  • لا تتحمل الإدارة أي مسؤولية عن فقدان أو تلف أي من المقتنيات داخل الاستوديو.
